A popular package. Clients lay face down while I energetically press the myofascial points, rub / massage the neck, shoulders, spine, and upper & lower back. Then, I gently stretch the arm at various angels, squeeze the arm muscles to reduce fatique and prepare nerves & meridians to better conduct the reflex work; then I continue down to the hand and work the hand reflex regions. This process is then repeated on the other arm. Client then lays supine and I do myofascial release techniques for the jaw and neck muscle tissues. I continue with ear reflexing techniques, and then finish with foot reflexology "massage."
