NOTES: (1) Individuals with larger / denser than average feet, and hands (& limbs) must be charged an additional $10.00 per
session.
(2) I studied Myofascial Release and overall
class-time and practice totaled approx. 100 hours. Therefore, I do incorporate some gentle myofascial release arm and/or
leg stretches that compliment the Reflexology relaxation process.
(3) I have also obtained a certification in Accupressure through Michael Reed Gach, PhD in May 5 - Nov 5, 2014 techniques.
I therefore do use some of those techniques if they are assistive in the reflexology session.
